Processing Time At Artemis Rugs, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as swiftly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  3. Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (available for select locations).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (excluding taxes and discounts) within the continental United States.

International Shipping We are pleased to ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issues, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the damaged items, and a brief description of the issue. We will promptly address the situation with a replacement or refund.
